- 8 Ounces of Water
- 2 Teaspoons of refresh Lemon zest
- 1/2 Teaspoon of black ground pepper
Combine water with other two ingredients. Once the solution is ready, drink it before and after having big meal.

Natural Skin Care Routine:
Everyone is different and that is the reason you have to develop your own skin care routine to keep acne away from your face. It is good to complete all 10 recommendations either in morning or at night. You can definitely complete few of these recommendations in morning and rest of them in night. 10 Recommendations For Clear Skin:
#1 – Steam Bath:
If you are fortunate enough to have steam bath then you are ready to go. However, if you not then don’t worry as there is an easy way to create your own facial steam bath. Steam bath opens up skin pores for proper cleaning.
Here is an easy way to create facial steam bath:
Fill water in a pot and heat it over the stove. After water reaches boiling point then move the pot to table or kitchen sink. Be very careful as boiling water can do great damage to skin. Always use gloves or pot holder whenever required.
Place a medium size towel behind your head and drape the rest of towel to the sides of the pot. Hang your head over the pot and make sure towel doesn’t let steam go outside. Keep the head position for 3 to 5 minutes and make sure steam penetrates your pores properly.
When times it up then discard the boiling water down the drain and use natural skin cleanser to clean your face. There are many natural skin cleansers available in the market but I recommend Tea Tree Oil soap.
#2 – Skin Brushing:
Skin brushing is similar to brushing the skin. The main purpose of skin brushing is to remove top layer of dead cells and toxics. However, I don’t recommend scrub because most of them are harsh and cause more damage than good to skin.
There are two methods of skin brushing. You can either use non synthetic brush or towel.
Keep in mind that towel is not as abrasive as a brush so you have to be little vigorous till skin starts turning red. Don’t use the same towel when coming out of shower to dry out yourself because towel contains dead cells and toxics.
If you are using brush then use brush with non synthetic fibers and don’t brush your face as it can hurt sensitive areas. Don’t stretch your skin, simply brush off dead cells.
#3 – Cleanse With Natural Skin Cleanser:
Whenever it comes to natural skin cleanser then I always recommend Tea Tree Oil soap or cleanser. I got so many benefits when I start using Tea Tree Oil and that is reason I always recommend it.
If you already completed Steam Bath steps then you don’t need to reapply Tea Tree Oil cleanser. However, if you are having acne in different parts of the body then apply tea tree oil on that spot.
If you are using over-the-shelf soap then make sure you select soap or cleanser that have neutral pH level (that is around pH4-pH6). Cleanser with high pH level contains harsh chemical and they can damage skin. Always take steam bath before applying natural skin cleanser as steaming increases the effectiveness of every cleansing technique.
#4 – Avoid Touching Skin:
Many boys and girls think they can remove acne by popping them. This is the biggest mistake they are doing which leads to acne scars. If you are also one of them then you should avoid popping pimples, stretching face or squeezing out blackheads until and unless you have proper cleansing plan to follow.
You have to avoid touching your acne with dirty hands because it can worsen your acne. Stretching, popping, or squeezing pimple can lead to acne scar that is very difficult to get away.

It is important to moisturize your skin right after cleaning it with natural cleanser. This is because natural cleanser such as Tea Tree Oil can leave your skin dry by removing natural oil from it.
I always recommend purchasing natural moisture such as Coconut Oil moisturizer or Aloe Vera moisturizer.
#7 – Apply Apple Cider Vinegar or Tea Tree Oil On Acne:
There are so many success stories associated with using Apple Cider Vinegar and Tea Tree Oil directly on the acne spot. I found both work great on acne because they have some antibacterial and antiseptic properties.
However, I research myself personally and discover that applying dilute Apple Cider Vinegar provide no irritation as compare to applying 100% concentration. For best results mix Apple Cider Vinegar with 10-20% water and apply it in the night before going to bed.
